Questions and discussion about AGL's Energy plans and your AGL Energy account
Hi,
We have change our Electricity and Gas accounts from my husband's name to my name. We used the same old email address which was linked to his account.
The AGL agent said it was ok to do so, as long as they can delete his account. We opted for me to take over his account from the last meter read.
I haven't been able to get into my online account since the change was made.
I keep getting the following messages when I try to log in:
I called up AGL and went through logging into my account with the AGL agent and I still couldn't get in.
