Hi Lester,Yep, i took your advice, and worked out how to cancel the monthly billing, so i don't feel so annoyed anymore !!I just wasn't impressed with the way they go about things, as in "You will do as we want" attitude.Anyway, thanks for the tips there Lester.

WOW, well done AGL, Whats Next ????I am really annoyed with AGL at the moment.Last month they put up my Electricity prices, This month they inform me that THEY are now moving me to Monthly Billing.
