My estimate was over a $1002.85 last month. Did a meter read and it came down to $197.03. This month est $500.92 just did a meter read. Now it’s $285.39. Gone up nearly a third in one month. No air con or heaters used.

Hello @Mandyg1, Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us.

There could be a number of different reasons for the increase in your consumption.

We would recommend checking the different reasons listed on our website to help you understand what has potentially caused the increase.

Thanks Natalie.

I’ve already checked the reasons. And I can’t find one that makes sense. We haven’t used the aircon and our heater is gas, only used once or twice.

Seems to be a constant stuff up with our bill. Last month told I had a credit and call to be refunded, to then be told it wasn’t a refund.

To go from two hundred to three hundred in one month is bizarre.
