Bill payments

I paid the required instalments on my gas and electricity bills, on the same day, at the same time. Four days later only my electricity account has been updated, with gas displaying Overdue. I hate having that against my name when it is incorrect. Technology sucks.

HI Scottie68, I'm sorry to hear about your experience. Usually, the payments made towards an instalment gets updated within 48 hours in the AGL app. I will send you a private message shortly to discuss further. Cheers, Deepesh
