Hi,
I have requested the move home for gas in the my online account on 30/10/2025. I left that rental house on 27/11/2025.
However, I just noticed that I am still being charged until now. And I have paid a bill via direct debit on 17/02/2026 for the invoice (23/10/2025 to 27/01/2026) which was received on 29/01/2026.
And the old place account seems still active, as I tried to enter the meter read for my current place, then it shows estimated $1500, then I realised that I entered my meter reading to the old place account and I am still being charged after I set moved home.
It becomes I am paying for someone usage now. How can I get the refund and close the old account?
