Being charge after move home

Hi,

 

I have requested the move home for gas in the my online account on 30/10/2025. I left that rental house on 27/11/2025.

 

However, I just noticed that I am still being charged until now. And I have paid a bill via direct debit on 17/02/2026 for the invoice (23/10/2025 to 27/01/2026) which was received on 29/01/2026.

 

And the old place account seems still active, as I tried to enter the meter read for my current place, then it shows estimated $1500, then I realised that I entered my meter reading to the old place account and I am still being charged after I set moved home.

 

It becomes I am paying for someone usage now. How can I get the refund and close the old account?

Thank you for the information. 
I'm going to send you a Private Message to get some account information to further look into this for you. 

From the sounds of it, the move out didn't go through correctly which is why you have still been charged for the previous address.
