Hi, I have requested the move home for gas in the my online account on 30/10/2025. I left that rental house on 27/11/2025. However, I just noticed that I am still being charged until now. And I have paid a bill via direct debit on 17/02/2026 for the invoice (23/10/2025 to 27/01/2026) which was received on 29/01/2026.
