BPay reference not working

I have received my first bill and I want to pay by BPay but ING says the reference number is invalid

Taking a look at the image you shared, the reference number matches but the Biller code you are entering doesn't match.

Please correct this and you should see that it works, 

I'll let you know that we did remove the image as the reference number does include the account number.
