App/online acc

I have got my Gas info that is online, and I can see it through the app.

But with my electricity,  I cant find anything.

Have they got a separate app .

With gas I know it is AGL

With Electricity it says power direct.

Are they separate?

Welcome to the AGL Community!

Power Direct and AGL are separate companies. If your electricity account is with Power Direct, you will not be able to see this information in your AGL app.
