  •  i just paid my monthly bill yesterday but idk why they direct debit not once but twice which i don’t even understand. Please help me what should i do?

If you've accidentally paid your bill twice, then you'll simply need to contact our customer service team to request a refund of the over payment. You can find ways to get in touch with them here.

Hello @Rajin,
If your direct debit was charged twice, contact your bank immediately to report the duplicate transaction and request a reversal. Also, reach out to the billing company to confirm the error and prevent future repeats. Keep records of both charges and any communication for reference.
