For the second time, I contacted AGL through online chat trying to resolve what too me is a simple issue. But alas that's not necessarily the case, anyway not by the length of the chat. In my account, they show I have an account for the one properties Unit 0/00 street and city, and two accounts minus the unit number for the same street address 00 street and city. All have the same account number. 

Apparently, the IT team will resolve this. In the meantime, I hope they don't send me a bill for all three.

That sounds like a frustrating situation with AGL! Having multiple accounts with the same address and account number is just asking for billing headaches. Hopefully, their IT team can sort it out quickly. It reminds me of some of the glitches you see in those early access games – like when you get stuck in the scenery! At least with a billing error, you're not battling a Yeti like in Snow Rider 3D . Fingers crossed they resolve it before any extra bills arrive!
