For the second time, I contacted AGL through online chat trying to resolve what too me is a simple issue. But alas that's not necessarily the case, anyway not by the length of the chat. In my account, they show I have an account for the one properties Unit 0/00 street and city, and two accounts minus the unit number for the same street address 00 street and city. All have the same account number. Apparently, the IT team will resolve this. In the meantime, I hope they don't send me a bill for all ...
