Account blocked potential fraud activity

I’d like to know why my account has been blocked for “potential fraud activity” and why I can not get any damned answers out of AGL regarding my account. Access stopped a few weeks ago and attempting to contact AGL resulted in being told “we are currently investigating your account for potential fraud activity and hence digital services have been locked” 


how is it an account is locked for something so dangerous with no communication, no end date no advice on when the account will be unlocked. 

im impressed with how bad your investigation is, Optus updated its customers faster.
