Hi. I'm a pensioner. I seem to be getting a rebate on my electricity bills but not my gas bills. Is that meant to be the case? Thank you

We may need to amend your concession details if it is not applying to the gas.

To be eligible, you'll need one of these concession cards:

• Pensioner Concession Card issued by Services Australia or Department of Veterans' Affairs
• Services Australia Health Care Card
• Department of Veterans' Affairs Gold Card (for recipients of War Widow or War Widower, Totally and Permanently Incapacitated rate or Extreme Disablement Adjustment rate pensions).

To add an eligible concession card log in to the concessions page in My Account. If you need help adding a concession card, contact us.
