AGL have given me two account numbers

Hi! AGL have given me two account numbers - one for usage and one for "non-energy" charges (eg NMI number allocation, new meter) as this is a new build. When I set up my online account, I did it for the usage account number. How do I add in the "non-energy" account or do I need to set up two separate online accounts?

Great question!


As you've rightly pointed out, this second account number is associated with a "non-energy" account which we use to bill our customers for these once-off charges. These account numbers are not compatible with our online services I'm sorry to say.
