AGL account says i have two connected electricity plans

Hi, 

I just recently got an agent to transfer an account from an exisiting member in my new house to my name, and after I went online to my account and it is showing that I have two smart saver electricity plans with different contract numbers which doesn't seem right. Is this a glitch?

Thank you for reaching out and letting us know. That doesn’t sound right — you should only have one electricity plan associated with your account. It’s possible there’s been a system error or billing crossover from the previous account holder.
