The bonus credit is applied to the next available bill from when you've taken up the energy plan, this will be in the account credits section which is generally displayed at the bottom of page 2 or top of page 3 on your bill. If you're not able to see this, please Contact Us and we'll check this with you.

Credit of $100 is not still given to me as promised.
Hi, I am also not yet receive $100 credit both in my electricity and gas account after 4 months or in first bill, as promised by the customer service representative when I signed up the internet bundle with electricity and gas, I should have $100 credit in both account. I rang to AGL twice and still no update about this.
Is anyone else have the same problem?
