For the past few weeks I have been receiving upwards of 7 phone calls a day from a private number starting they are calling on behalf of AGL.
They won't tell me why but expect me to give personal details to confirm my identity.
I 've asked numerous times that a written letter be sent to me and yet when I ask for this they hang up.
