$500 National Energy Bill Relief NSW

Hello AGL

Any idea when AGL will start applying the credit to energy accounts?

I have a bill due in next few days and this credit would definitely help go towards the shock i get by AGL prices increasing double what i paid last winter

It’s 31/7 & the rebate was supposed to be paid on 1/7 & I, too, have a bill due next week so can AGL follow up with the Govt department?

Any AGL Rep want to tell us when this will be applied to NSW accounts ?

Or is asking for a simple reply on the matter in the too hard basket given no one has even replied at all and it's been 3 months ?

It is the 6 /10/23/ and still no assistance payment and you can't read a breakdown of  your bill without paying to join a company to download it to pdf.

This is really annoying

Other people i've spoken to with other providers already got the first payment no reason for AGL to be dragging its feet on answers as to why it hasn't happened yet

Looks like other providers maybe getting my business also after a lifetime of patronage.
