Switch to Paper Billing

I'm looking to switch from electronic billing to paper billing as having a baby very soon and checking on the phone will be limited. Has anyone done this before and can share how to make the switch? Any tips on who to contact or what steps to take would be greatly appreciated.

Some energy plans have mandatory e-billing so it would be best to check this prior to changing. Cheers, Deepesh
