So here is the biggest question asked, AGL fail to assist people with terminal cancer, on the temporary reduction in costs of the vehicle lease. This also falls for people with disability pension on power supply, not assisting people in financial hardship. I’m sure there are thousands of people that need assistance. And those type of people are ignored and further suffer because of the failed assistance by AGL
