Rather than print the whole bill why don't you print only the part you need. It comes as a PDF which means you can store it electronically so you store it easy.
Our new-look bill uses significantly less shading so should be far more print-friendly as well as simplifying the layout. Thanks for your suggestion on this one @Stainless .
