"Chat with us online" not working

AGL "Chat with us online" always shows "Currently offline".

This generally comes up If you have slow internet or an incompatible browser. May I ask where you are searching this from?

Hi Basil,
Just checked my internet speed: 464 (down) / 47 (up) Mbps. For browser, I am using Edge (up to date per Windows).

Hey @GC2, 

Could you try the following; 

1) A hard refresh on the browser

2) Try Chrome or another browser and see if that works.

1) "Refresh" does not work.
2) It works for Chrome.
