Usage details not showing

My usage details aren't showing on the app or website.   Have spoken to the call centre with no success.   Told me to install and reinstall app etc (had done that).

 

Looking to with back to my old retailer if this sin't fixed.   Was a debacle changing plans to AGL too - put me on the wrong plan and customer service told me it was my fault.  Have emails and record of call centre conversation to contrary - said I wouldn't be charged under wrong rates and I was.

I am having the same problem. Spoke to 3 people, the second two were lovely but I still don’t know what’s happening. Supposedly I’ve gone to resolution and they’re escalating it and someone’s going to ring me tomorrow Thursday 8 January.

it’s driving me crazy cause my estimated bill is more than double what I got it down to and then it stopped working. If you get an answer, let me know thank you.
