csv usage has no date and time fields

After downloading my usage as csv file, I find that the date and time fields are not populated. That makes the data pretty useless for e.g. determining demand pricing. Here is an example line from the file:

,,000000000700960130,COMMS4D,60130#B1,Solar,,,0.22,0,A

after the field 'Solar' the next two entries are Null, where the data and time should be.

How can I get a fully populated record?

Hmm, AGL probably don't need to use the date / time fields, most likely they have software that just uses the lines, and works through the various meterage types, eg usage tou, solar, controlled load tou if you have that etc.

Otherwise they couldn't issue a bill.

You should be able to have this on there however, so their tech dept will have to look into it.

Either give them a call, or hope an AGL rep here can get your inquiry through the the right team.
