Wrong PDF downloads

When I click on 'Download your PDF bill', it downloads the previous bill!

Even after clearing cookies and cache it still does the same thing, opens up a new browser tab with the previous (paid) bill...

Has your bill just been issued ?

I have found downloading this sometimes needs 24 hrs after the end of cycle.

When I have received the emailed bill advice with link, it is always there.

Thanks Lester, that looks like it was the issue as it's now fine 2 days after the bill was issued...

It is still happening my bill issued on July16th is coming up as the previous bill that I had in June 2026 when will this be relinked to the correct PDF bill. If this was a known issue why is it an ongoing issue at AGL.

Thank you for advising that this is still coming up, I'll be passing this on to our teams. 
As a work around if you wait for about 24 hours it should then download fine.
