I cannot access ANY details or change them in Settings or my profile.
I am receiving paper bills in the post???? Whay can I not add mt email and phone number etc?

This is where you should be able to modify your contact details. From that page, clicking on "Account" and scrolling down to the eBilling setting allow you to stop paper bills.
