I have not received my electricity bill,  which is due later this month. As I changed email server earlier this month i wish to confirm that my email address, is still valid. AGL  check   your system.

Just to get you started login to your AGL account and go to  https://myaccount.agl.com.au/profile and ensure you have updated your email under

Contact Details

& under

Login Details

 

Somebody from AGL will be along shortly to assist that your email is updated in the billing system.

I do not work for AGL and only trying to give you a helping hand.

Somebody from AGL will have to action & verify your new email address for billing purposes.

Just an FYI you should edit your post and remove your email address for security reasons as this is a public forum.

See the 3 vertical dots next to likes on the right hand side in your post click or hover mouse cursor over those 3 dots and it will give you the option to edit reply.
