Unable to change electricity plan or message or chat

Hi, I'm trying to switch to Senior Savers for my electricity (using My Account) however when I choose the plan it says 'We're missing some information".
Then when I try to contact AGL neither 'send a message' nor 'chat' are working.

I had the same issue trying to sign up to the Samsung offer. Filling out the personal details for the offer results in a reCaptcha error as does the Contact form. And'Send a message' just goes back to the My Account page.One of the worst websites I've ever seen.
