Hi David,

I was linked to Neighbourhood from my online account when I had a tech query about billing. As it was a direct link, I didn't see the guidelines and thought I was posting to open a tech support ticket, so I wrote about my billing/invoicing problem in detail.

The tech issue has been resolved during the day, so I hope my message was read but it doesn't belong here and I would like to see it removed so as to comply with the guidelines.

It will be my only post under the name talldad.
