I want to add another property to my existing email login to my agl account AGL. Please provide instructions - thank you.

I have done this adding my workshop account to my residential account login for the AGL web or app.

Pretty sure you need to talk / chat to them, go to https://www.agl.com.au/help-support/contact-us 

Have your account info for both at the ready and they can add for you.

When you login, there is a choice then of accounts to go to.

I have recently moved electricity and gas to AGL. An old electricity account showing as disconnected is on my account

HI Hamish1970, Any previously closed accounts which had the same email address registered will appear on your app as disconnected status for a period after which it will be removed from the app view. Cheers, Deepesh

Thanks Dipesh. Can you confirm that account ***info removed*** has both electricity and gas connection in progress?
