Missing Usage Data for many months

Like many others based on the many queries, I too am missing several months of usage data.  Basically I am missing data for all periods between 20 Sept 2022 through to 19 Jan 2023 and then from 20 Feb 23 up until the current period.  Spoke to someone via the online chat and they tried to reset my data only to no avail.  Why is the web site and phone app loosing the data all the time?  It used to be fine prior to Sept 2022.

This occurred around 8 in the morning.

If you looked at the data the TO date it was some how set to 1st Jan 0000.

AGL took some time to resolve the issue but this is now resolved.

Cheers Neil, thanks for the reply.

That solves the current period data but I am still missing usage data between Sept 2022 and Jan 2023 so I will get in contact with AGL again to see where that has dissapeared to.
