Hi

I want to download my usage data for the previous billing cycle in 30 minute intervals as a csv file. all the documentation suggests there should be a download icon on the usage page of the website,

I dont see such an icon, and i dont have current billing cycle data. is there a way to get my usage data regularly as a csv file?

Hey there!

We can provide you with the interval data in an excel spread sheet form. However, this is not recommended, as this format is not customer-friendly.

Please call our call center, and our agent will be more than happy to assist.

Kindly,
Mia.

The CSV file icon should be on the website account login usage page, up here . . .

data_download_button.jpg

Hover over that, drop down box comes up, click download data (zip), open that, then do what you wish with it.

It's only on the website account, not the app (afaik).

EDIT - Note, the data is for 2 years, if you have had a smart meter for that time, or if a lesser time, all of that plus your final pre smart meter readings.

Also note, you may only be able to get downloads if you have a smart meter, can't recall pre solar what it was like.

@boardmal

You can request your historical interval data in a NEM format file clicking on the link below.

https://www.agl.com.au/campaigns/request-metering-data

You will need to look up about NEM format files below is for the link to download the PDF file.

Meter Data File Format (MDFF) to be used by Metering Data Providers

This file should automatically downloaded for you.

Can you see your daily usage??

Both Les and I are assuming that you have a smart meter.

If you don't have a smart meter you cannot get the data.

Cheers Neil
