Unfortunately, we can't setup payment plans through the neighbourhood platform.
Did you know you can setup your own payment plans and bill smoothing through the AGL MyAccount?
Simply login to your MyAccount at https://www.agl.com.au/ or download the AGL app through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store and follow the prompts under "Billing" and "Payment assistance".
Alternatively, you can contact us through any of the methods found at https://www.agl.com.au/help-support/contact-us so our Energy and Telco team members can set this up for you.
