How to close Account

Hi,
I'm trying to set a date to close my account as I'm moving out of Australia next month.
There is no option on the AGL website to do so, we have to use the chat.
The Chat is currently offline (has been for several day at least)
Proposed solution is to install the App
When trying to download it, Google Apps says that the AGL application is not available in my country. While i am in Australia.
Then I tried to call the AGL international phone number (+61 3 9649 4866) as I can't dial special number from my phone (131 245) it rings twice ask to press a number to connect rings twice again then nothing, not disconnected, just nothing.

How do I plan to close my account with AGL

Thanks for reaching out. Sorry to hear your trouble. 

Regarding contacting AGL for the disconnection has many options to connect with us. If you are unable to download the app, you can simply jump on the website and can chat to our one of dedicated agent to close the account. 

If you are using international number to call us then you might have to dial the number with country code it might work for you.
