I am an existing AGL customer (residential electricity). I selected a new plan to change to and went to Express Checkout. The page gives me the following error:
"Sorry, something's gone wrong. We're having some issues accessing the right data. Please try reloading the page or Contact us, for help."
The plan is still in my cart and will be there for 3 days. Can you please help?
