Can’t update credit card

Hi I’m trying to update my credit card details in MyAccount on your website. It says it has no details (which is incorrect) and can not update at this time.

IT says sorry debit debit isn’t currently available online for your account.

 Please get in touch with us here and we’ll sort it out.

 But the message us function is not working either.
