Can't switch plans using website

When trying to change to a more cost effective GAS plan the website won't let me. It simply says "We're having some issues accessing the right data. Please try reloading the page" I've tried different browsers. Same problem over and over again.

I am using the agl my account to try and switch plans. This is where I see the error.
