Bluetooth on to create a Passkey = stupid !!!

1st of all it is very Unnecessary for the Need to have Bluetooth on to create a Passkey !! I have a Passkey for my Bank and Centrelink and Never Needed Bluetooth Turned On to create this - 2ndly its very STUPID THAT WE NEED SCREEN LOCK ENABLED ON OUR PHONE TO COMPLETE THE BLUETOOTH PASSKEY PROCESS !!! AGL NEEDS TO CHANGE THIS WAY SO WE DONT NEED BLUETOOTH or /and SCRREN LOCK ENABLED ON OUR MOBILE PHONE !!!

Having Bluetooth on is an added layer of security during the scanning of the QR code while setting up the passkey.
