How long dose AGL take to respond to an enquiry?

Hi @boby51 ,

We try to respond to inquiries as quickly as possible, but that depends on how you get in touch (Chat, Message, Phone?), the topic of the inquiry, and also on when you try to reach us. For example,  phone wait times have been longer than usual lately because we're receiving a high volume of calls.

Are you waiting on a response to a specific inquiry?
