I have a holiday apartment in Newcastle for which I have AGL as my internet provider.
Since Oct 2025, my internet bill is now showing both the service address and billing address as the same which is incorrect.
It should be: [removed personal details]
Can you look into this and set it back to the above?

Have you tried updating your mailing address through My Account first? Here’s how:
If you’ve already tried that and still need help, the next best thing is to use our AGL Assistant directly via the AGL app or website – it’s the quickest way to get this sorted.
