Good afternoon
Trying to add concession card details to 'My Account' and keep receiving this error message. See image below.
I struggle understanding the accent of your staff, so haven't made a phone call.

Hi Bill,
Apologies for the inconvenience earlier with the chat being unavailable for updating your concession card.
I’ve just checked and the AGL Assistant is now up and running. If it’s still not working on your end, please try accessing it via a different browser such as Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.
If you’d prefer to chat with a live agent to update your concession card, simply type “live agent” in the AGL Assistant and select “energy” when prompted as shown in the screenshot below.

Hey @Maudie,
Unfortunately, the Commonwealth Seniors Health Card is not the same as the Services Australia Health Care Card, and only the latter is currently listed as eligible for concessions with AGL in Victoria.
