Hi team,
I can see my usage (what I bought) on the app and website but since July 2nd, I am seeing "--/kwh" for my feed in tariffs even though in the hourly section I can see my exports are being recognised. Can AGL please confirm that my feed in tariffs are coming through? I'm worried my usage and FIT amounts are not updating correctly. I called AGL and they could not tell me how to resolve this.
It's ok, Telstra, sorry, AGL... the only reason I remain with your guys at the moment is 'cause I am waiting for the dust to settle from the new changes since July 1st and see if there are better deals out there, which I am sure there will be, and I am sure there are a lot of other customers doing the same thing...
Sh*t customer service doesn't keep customers; it makes them walk away. Actions, not words, will improve that ... we are now 10 days in with this issue, stop the BS and just get it fixed !!!!
