AGL Rewards

When I click on the redeem offer on the AGL rewards (it doesn’t matter what gift card I click) it just takes me back to the same page. Even when I try and click redeem offer and tell it to open in a new tab it doesn’t do anything either, it just goes back to the same AGL page. 

am I doing something wrong with trying to access? I am logged into my account. 

I was very pleased to see this reward option, and joined up straight away, it was a great offer!  Not so pleased when I checked that SA is the only State that does not have any BP service stations that accept this reward card!  What are you going to do about this AGL?

Hi, received AGL email that I am eligible for AGL Rewards. After clicking the links and log in my account. There is no option "KEEP EXPLORING" in the Dashboard. AGL teams do not seem to have tested the link before sending out email. Have tried log in via Chrome and Edge - both not working.

Hi, I’m unable to find a link to the "Refer a Friend" program. I came across a forum discussion from five years ago, but the link provided there is no longer valid. Could you please direct me to the correct and current link? Thanks!

Signed up for more than 4 months already. After many emails, just received a blank email saying it's ready. Ready for what? No digital card number to redeem.

I signed up to AGL with an offer that promised me a $40 prepaid mastercard if I remained for 30 days. I did that and received a redemption email, but I have still not been sent the mastercard to my number after redeeming. It has already been well over 5 business days since i redeemed. I redeemed on the 6th of August so its been over 2 weeks now that I haven't gotten the voucher that I was promised ...

$200 sign up credit not applied to account??????

I am trying to set up Direct Debit from a bank account. When I submit the bank details, I am returned to the page that prompts me to set up direct debit. My account still says I need to set up direct debit. A confirmation page would be nice? This is simple stuff, and also infuriating.
