I have signed up with AGL internet service in march 22.
I was told that I will get the amazon prime membership which I have not received till now and not able to connect to helpdesk from past 6 months, tried contact on chat phone nothing worked.
I was even told that I will be provided some other modem when signing up and I received a different modem i'm not getting the speed I have signed up with.
Can somebody please contact me.
