AGL Rewards - unable to purchase gift card

Hi

I'm trying to purchase an Amart gift card via AGL Rewards but when I go to checkout, I get a red error message saying, "Unfortunately, the maximum daily limit for Amart Furniture eGift card is $1000"

I've clearly got a $500 gift card in the cart (well below the daily limit) and I haven't purchased any other gift card this year.

How can I get past this and purchase a gift card? (I've called the AGL Rewards contact number, no answer)
