AGL Rewards Not working - click on any vouchers and says store does not exist

I am trying to use the AGL rewards to buy a Home gift card but when I click on redeem it comes up with "This store does not exist" page. I've tried many other vouchers and get the same message too. Very disappointing as a long time customer I would like to use some of the rewards. I've noticed on other threads people have had difficulty with getting vouchers too, is this just a scam or do they usually work?!

I have contacted your online chat several times and called your 131 245 number as advised and still are unable to get any of the vouchers to work or an answer as to why they are not working. When I click on a voucher to redeem and try to purchase one I have a screen that pops up that says "this store does not exist", it doesn't seem to matter which voucher I am trying to redeem. I am specifically wanting the "Home" gift card. I have attached a screenshot for your reference. Looking at other threads it appears I am not the first this has happened to. I just wish this was sorted as it's almost been a week already still with no resolution.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. It has been over two weeks now and I still can not download any of the gift cards!
