We're pleased to announce that we've recently launched version 8.16 of the AGL app. There has been an upgraded payment experience, making it easier for you to:

  • Make payments via an improved Bill payment experience along with clearer pathways to changing payment amounts
  • Change payment methods while reducing the risk of repeat payments
  • Make partial payments, a common source of feedback from you in the past
  • Adding or removing payment methods
  • Managing or setting up direct debit

Hi Since the update my electricity service isn’t visible. 
is there a solution.
