Want to enter a meter read but cant see where to do this on both app and account

Hello.

I want to enter a meter read. I have followed instructions on how to do this but still can't see a heading or button or whatever to do this. Can anyone advise please?

Are you using the mobile app or the website to enter the meter tead?

Is that for an electricity or a gas account?

Hi @Souths777 

If using the website there should be a link to enter a meter read in the 'Usage' tab. Where if you are using the AGL App, on your overview page you can select the arrow on the usage card and select enter meter read from there.
