Sim card activation

For almost 2 weeks now, I have been trying to activate 2 SIM cards via your app and website and each time I get the attached error message. Today I tried calling your tech support to finally get this done. The call took half an hour because apparently the server was really slow. Before the first Sim card was activated, the call cut out and nobody bothered to call me back. As I was at work, I did not have the time to call back again. So now I have two SIM cards that I can't activate, and I've also received a text message to say I only have a few days left to activate or my request would be cancelled. I'm trying!!! But if this is the level of service AGL provides, I'm not sure that I want it. Activating a couple of Sim cards should only take a couple of minutes, not weeks!!

Thank you for your post and I'm sorry for the delay in my response. 

We do have our Help Article on or website for activating a SIM, I am aware this doesn't share the error you are experiencing. I'm wanting to check up and see if you are still encountering this issue.
